Canta Napoli is a fabulous Italian restaurant in Chiswick which is hosting its third Wine and Food Matching Dinner, this time based on the cuisine of Naples - thanks to Rosalba Pau for forwarding details about this.

There will be a 4 course dinner with matching wines in each course, and coffee and liquor to round off the meal - all for the amazing inclusive price of £35! Here is the full set menu (no susbtitutions are available).

03/02/2010 What a delight!! The entire Tait family enjoyed Canta Napoli last night and definately the nicest Italian food in Chiswick. The service was both friendly and attentive. We started with a nice Prosecco, shared a starter, had a nice Chianti along with desert. The bill came to under £25 a head which I thought was fine. Canta Napoli would work for families and couples eating out, we'll be back soon. Phill

24/06/2009 I've eaten here several times now and am increasingly convinced it offers by far and away the best Italian food in Chiswick. The pasta is identifiable fresh, the sauces delicious and the service friendly in a natural Italian way.

22/06/2009 Oh, what a delight! A PROPER Italian restaurant, not a commercial chain pretending to be one. (Eat your heart out, Strada, Carluccio etc.) Went last night on a whim with my two teenage daughters (all of us discerning vegetarian diners) and we were all seriously impressed. Wonderful comfy, relaxed ambience, refreshingly low-key (and quiet)background tunes; the service was amazing - really friendly, efficient and warm - and the food fabulous - unpretentious, convincingly Italian and honestly-priced, with no rip-off factor. Now at last I can get an authentic cappuccino (not a bucket of tasteless slop) in W4 - heaven! We felt we were indeed in la bella Napoli! Thank you, Canta Napoli. Don't go away!
